Before the lockdown, some of our shedders presented some "Bug Hotels" that they had constructed to the Friends of Ballard Water Meadow, a conservationist group who manage the site off Lake Grove Road for educational purposes.
Last August, some arsonists set fire to the original "hotels" which prompted to Shedders to build new ones.
They have also constructed a few smaller models to present to children as prizes in future wildlife competitions.
